OpenChairs provides software for running restaurants, as described on this site, on the plan you choose. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, cancel any time, and end at the close of the paid period. Payment processing is provided by Stripe under Stripe's terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices, hours and allergen information, and for the content on your public site. AI features produce recommendations and drafts; you are responsible for what you approve and publish.

The service is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it up during service and we'll tell you promptly if we can't. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding three months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA.
