OpenChairs (a Flamesoft product) stores the information restaurants and their guests give us — names, contact details, reservations, orders, and menu data — in order to run the service. We do not sell it. Restaurants own their guest data and can export or delete it at any time.

AI features send the relevant restaurant data (for example a menu and a guest's question) to our model provider to generate a response; that data is not used to train models. We keep logs of AI exchanges so restaurants can review them.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Questions: [email protected].
